Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are normally retained for no longer than 12 months. Information connected with contracted work may be retained for the period required to manage the relationship and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations.
Email is handled through Google. The main portfolio pages are hosted by Notion; the customer journeys and downloadable project dossiers are hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Those providers may process technical or account data under their own privacy and international-transfer arrangements. This portfolio does not contain a contact form, and I do not operate my own advertising tracker on it.
